Yes, we do offer free local pickup.
If you are local to Stow, OH you're welcome to pick up! Once your item is ready we will email you or tag you in our pickup post on Facebook. Please do not email us asking if your item is ready unless it has been over 2 business days and haven't heard anything.

We are happy to accept returns of unworn, unwashed or undamaged items purchased in exchange of store credit.

We will then confirm your return. Please do not send back an item without getting confirmation first.
Return Limit: After 3 returns in a 30 day period, there will be a 25% restocking fee.
Returns have to be made within 14 days of purchase. Once we receive your returns you will receive a store credit via email. This will be sent to you within 2-4 business of us receiving the items.
RETURN CONDITIONS:
Swimwear has to have ALL tags and liners attached (never taken off).
Any DOORBUSTER/SALE items are final sale.
Pre-Orders are final sale.
Items purchased with return credit are final sale.
Unfortunately, you will not receive credit if items are not in their original condition.

We also encourage you to use Route Shipping Protection on your order and Route will fully insure the contents of your package.
