RETURN POLICY

While we hope you love everything you get from us, we understand that sometimes an item just doesn't work out. We are happy to accept returns of unworn, unwashed or undamaged items purchased in exchange of store credit.

To initiate a return, please fill out the following returns form: https://shopmaeverly.com/a/return

We will then confirm your return. Please do not send back an item without getting confirmation first. Returns have to be made within 14 days of purchase. Once we receive your returns you will receive a store credit via email. This will be sent to you within 2-4 business of us receiving the items.

RETURN CONDITIONS:

  • Swimwear has to have ALL tags and liners attached (never taken off).
  • Any SALE items are final sale.
  • Any DOORBUSTER items are final sale.
  • Mystery items are final sale. 
  • Pre-Orders are final sale.
  • Items purchased with return credit are final sale.
  • Unfortunately, you will not receive credit if items are not in their original condition.
  • Items need to be returned with receipt or proof of purchase. 

Return Limit: After 3 returns in a 30 day period, there will be a 25% restocking fee.
